CLASSES AND CLUBS:  
The Junior Class is selling Dunkin Donuts
to raise money for Prom. See Mrs. Patrick, Mrs. Contreras or any Junior Officer for an order form. Orders will be taken this week and are due Friday at 2:30 to Mrs. Patrick in room 205. Donut orders will be delivered or available for pick up Monday March 16th.
 
TSA (Technology Students Association) competed in Regional events on March 7th. Congratulate our students on a job well done!
Nathaniel Arce & Blake Sandy placed 2nd in the Region for Structural Design.
Tim Kennedy, Gabe Boone, and Grayson Kelley placed 3rd in the Region in Video Game Design.
Congrats to all students that competed that day. All worked hard to accomplish what they did. 

 
SCHOOL COUNSELING:
Lincoln Tech
will be visiting the school today (Tuesday, March 10) from 11:00am - 1:00pm in the School Counseling department


ATHLETICS:
Mr. Woshner is holding a meeting tomorrow (Wednesday, March 11th) after school in the auditorium for all Senior Varsity athletes. The meeting will be to give information on applying for JWAA Scholarships and will last about 15-20 minutes.There are criteria applicants must meet and scholarships are NOT guaranteed to all applicants.

 
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
 Spanish Club members
:  If you're interested in joining us for the Spanish concert on April 2, please see Senora Tanger for a permission slip.  Permission slips and money must be turned in by March 16th. 

Placement testing for dual enrollment or attending LFCC will be offered on March 4th and March 11th after school. Please sign up in the School Counseling Dept. or see Mrs. Humphreys for questions. 

Seniors: Are you attending Lord Fairfax Community College this fall?
If so, New Student Orientation will be held on March 12th at 6pm, here at James Wood High School in the Auditorium! You must apply to LFCC before attending Orientation. Please see Mrs. Humphreys for any questions you may have regarding the application process or the Orientation.
